If you submitted a reservation request more than five hours ago and still haven’t received a confirmation email, please call us at (206) 271-7277.
It is generally recommended to make your reservation at least 2 hours in advance to ensure availability and to allow for any necessary arrangements to be made. For special events like weddings or proms, it is advisable to book several months in advance—ideally six to nine months for weddings and at least three months for proms

In Washington State, it is generally illegal for passengers to drink alcohol or have an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.
Smoking in vehicles, particularly if it involves marijuana, is also subject to state regulations that typically prohibit the use of open containers of marijuana in vehicles.

For curb side pickup, the driver will pick you up right outside the baggage claim or you have to call on (206) 271-7277
Airline Baggage Claim
With a meet and greet service for an additional fee, your chauffeur will hold a name sign and will meet you inside the terminal at the baggage claim assigned to your flight (even if you do not have checked luggage).
No, there is no charge for waiting time on the airport service. We monitor all our customers flight status in case of delays or any early arrivals.

Please cancel your reservation no less than 12 hours prior to pick up time by e-mail or 6 hours by phone to avoid being charged. If we do not receive any cancellation notice within the time frame above, you will be charged the minimum fee of $20.

At Allied Town Car, we are delighted to have your little ones join us on the ride. According to Washington State law, children under 8 years old or under 4'9" tall (whichever comes first) must use a car or booster seat when using our services.
You have the option to install your own seat at no cost, or we can provide one for an additional $15.
To ensure we have a written record, please request a car seat when making a reservation online or on call.
We know installing a car seat in a new vehicle can be challenging, and we're happy to assist. However, for liability reasons, we cannot install the seat or secure your child in it.
For round trips, we can keep the car seat installed and ready for your return journey.
Yes, we do! All pets must be in a kennel or a carrier bag. For large dogs you will need an SUV. Only service dogs are allowed inside the vehicle without a kennel.
