1. Reservations: We recommend reserving a car ahead of time (at no additional charge) to guarantee availability at pick-up. We can provide a car at short notice by phone or online, subject to availability. If you make a reservation by phone and do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please call us at +1-206-271-7277 to confirm.
2. During the reservation: The total cost of service is collected at the beginning of service. Overtime will be billed at the prevailing rate in 30-minute increments. Clients waive all claims of liability, loss, injury, damage, or theft. No hanging out of the sunroof is permitted; doing so will result in immediate termination of service with no refunds. Smoking is also prohibited in the vehicles. Clients agree to maintain lawful behaviour during the service period.
3. Multiple Stops or Destinations: All stops should be prearranged before the service starts. Due to the size of our vehicles, drivers need to know all stops in advance for the safety of passengers and the vehicle. Unscheduled stops are at the driver’s discretion. Pricing is based on the original total mileage, destinations, and stops. Please call the office for pricing on extra stops or additional miles after booking.
4. Waiting Time: Additional charges may apply for waiting time. There is no extra charge for the first 30 minutes of delay. After 30 minutes, charges apply for every additional 30 minutes based on vehicle type. For arriving flights, meet your driver at the curb unless other arrangements have been made. To avoid a no-show fee, do not leave the airport before calling +1-206-271-7277 for assistance.
5. Maximum Capacity: Drivers are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated in the contract, as it violates state law and insurance guidelines. Clients accept full liability for themselves and their guests. Clients are responsible for any vehicle damage, with a minimum charge for damages as follows: $500 for vomiting, $300 per cigarette burn, $100 for gum/glitter on the carpet, and $200 for each broken/missing glass.
6. Cancellation Policy:
Sedans: Cancel with 24-hour notice.
SUVs: Cancel with 48-hour notice.
Vans: Cancel with 72-hour notice.
Stretch limos and buses: Cancel 2 weeks prior to the pick-up date.
Any “No Show” (i.e., reservation not cancelled properly) will be charged the full amount plus 20% gratuity. Phone-in credit card numbers for deposits or reservations constitute a legal and binding verbal contract, allowing us to charge your card. Special events and peak demand periods may require premium pricing and non-refundable prepayments. All cancellations must be made in writing to Bookings@alliedtowncar.com.
7. Unsafe & Dangerous Roads: For safety reasons, we will not travel on dangerous roads such as one-way roads, winding roads, steep roads, dirt roads, hills, cliff areas, etc.
8. Prices Subject to Change: Prices may vary during special events, peak periods, and long-distance travel. Special pricing cannot be combined with coupons or promotional codes. Restrictions may apply.
9. Extra Charges and Miscellaneous:
a. Prices are based on garage-to-garage.
b. Long distances incur additional gas surcharges; please contact the office.
c. Customers are responsible for parking, GoodToGo, and toll roads.
d. Purchase parking passes in advance for special events.
10. Transfers and Point-to-Point: All one-way trips, such as airport transfers, must be booked under Airport (From/To) for correct mileage charges.
11. Saturday Reservations: From April 15th to June 15th, there is a 6-hour minimum reservation on Friday and Saturday evenings. Prom season and New Year’s Day also require a 6-hour minimum reservation. Please call our office for pricing.
12. Smoking & Food:
Smoking or eating is not permitted inside any of our vehicles.
13. Alcohol Policy:
No alcoholic beverages are allowed in vehicles with passengers under 21 without a legal guardian. Consumption of alcohol by minors is strictly prohibited.
14. Drugs/Smoking:
No possession, sale, or consumption of illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of the contract and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees.
15. Lost Items/Belongings:
While we allow personal items, we do not take responsibility for items left in the vehicle during or after the service.
16. Quotes & Booking:
All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice. A 25% to 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking, with the balance due at the time of service.
17. Availability:
We reserve the right to change the vehicle or its color at our discretion if the original vehicle is unavailable, unsafe, or requires service.
18. Liability:
We are not liable for late arrivals due to traffic, mechanical issues, incorrect information, acts of nature, or other unforeseen circumstances. Our liability, if incurred, will not exceed the fare received from the client.
19. Changes:
Changes to the original order or specifications are subject to additional charges. Clients must pay the full amount for reserved hours and days, even if the service is not fully used.
20. Vehicle:
Clients should inspect the vehicle for damages before boarding and note any pre-existing damage. Clients are responsible for new damages incurred during the service. We do not guarantee the year, color, passenger capacity, model, or type of the vehicle.
